Our church is struggling and it is because we don't have that "light" and the people have become "dim and dull" instead of "bright and shiney," there is nothing there to attract someone that does not know Christ. Why would they want to join a bunch of other "dim and dulls" when that's what they are looking to escape from to begin with. I am guilty as well and need to do a much better job of "Shining!"
